Replay radio will, you actually want replay AV from www.replay-av.com. Using 
stream capture, you don't have to hear it recording, but you get the file in 
whatever format they streamed in, usually asf. Now I need a converter to 
make wave or mp3 out of that as asf's don't get loud enough because I can't 
use winamp dsp's on them.
