from a blank text file in notepad you add each song in each line like
this:
song1.mp3
song2.mp3
c:\music\artist\album\track - songtitle.mp3
Then save the file as a playlist such as m3u or pls extention. Using
winamp is probably the fastest unless you are comfortable in renaming
files after they already have extentions. You can easily use the enqueue
in winamp explorer context menu to manually add tracks to the playlist
then save the playlist from within winamp. There are many ways to do
this.
