Very interesting Jonathan. I appreciate your take. My experience has been a bit different from yours, but perhaps it was an isolated blip on the radar which doesn't reflect the norm. I truly hope that is the case and will be pleased to admit that I was wrong. After I return from my honeymoon I'll try again with tech support and hope for a happier outcome.
