I can upload music from my HI-MD recorder with SonicStage: First I select the device via a sub menu of the view menu. Then I select all via the edit menu or by pressing Ctrl-a. Then I select something like "Copy to library" from the extras menu.
I once downloaded something from my SonicStage library to my HI-MD recorder accidentally. If I wanted to do that, I'd try to find the right track with the play function (F6) and then use the download function, which I think is also in the extras menu. The anoying thing in SonicStage is, that one can not see the item list. The program seems to behave like Ad-Aware, which also totally hides its list of found Ad-Ware programs from the screen readers. Therefore, one can often only use standard commands like select all, (Ctrl-A), to do something with the list. <*** Michael Lang ***> You wrote: > Hi to the PC Audio list. > I have recently purchased what is refered to as a Sony Network Walkman style > MP3 player. > I have played around with the Sonic Stage software that is bundled with the > player, but have had no luck trying to figure out how to transfer files or > delete files from the player using this software. > It seems like a convoluted process, and of course, this player will not > recognize files transfered via Windows Explorer. > There was one program that I found for a Sonic stage replacement, but this > software also did not support keyboard navigation, only drag and drop > methods. > Anyone else have any better luck with this combination? > _______________________________________________ > PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... > http://www.pc-audio.org > To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > This list is a service of MosenExplosion.com.
