Links? I'm not sure because my two unpopular/untraditional programs here came from my friends. I have an idea about where can you get them but, I will still make sure about that. One named switch. It's a small file and its main feature is to convert WMA to mp3/wav or otherwise. But, if the file is already in mp3 format, you can just rip it again and set that bitrate thing to your chois. The other one is the CDX. I'm not sure if you have an idea on this. But, unfortunately, the files should come from the CD.
