try a new battery. if that doesn't help try a new disk. The machine may need cleaned. You can buy a mini disc cleaner for the drive from mini disco or etronics. Try to press the reset button to see if that resets the drive. I feel that you may have a bad disc but I have heard of some machines having this problem and needing repares. ----- Original Message -
