After clicking the "Make Payments with Pay Pal" button, the next screen displays a button that says to click here if you don't have a Pay Pal account. Clicking this button presents you with a standard secure form for entering credit card details, completely bypassing the need for you to set up a pay Pal account. hope that helps.
