Hi there, I really need some help from someone who can really explain things, because I truly don't know a lot when it comes to this stuff. I'm trying to use Total Recorder to record from my minidisk recorder. I figured that I'd either use the Line-In recording source or the Microphone, which ever sounds better. The thing is that I'm not able to hear anything from the speakers or headphones. I have a feeling the microphone or line-in setting is muted. I went to sounds and sound schemes to see about unmuting them, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. Then I went to the Accessories submenu in the start menu and went to Entertainment thinking I'd find them there. No luck. How and where can I unmute this?
Does anyone have a better idea of how I can record something from a Sony Minidisk recorder on to my computer? I know Sonic Stage doesn't really work with JAWS, right? Any help is needed badly because I need to get something from a minidisk. Thank you.
