Hi Ken, If you have nero start smart, just go to back up entire harddrive. Choose your harddrive (you should have only 1, or if you have a USB one 2). Select your recorder. Select dvd, and click next. Now click, I believe, burn. I did this yesterday and it requires no drag and drop. If you have nero back it up and not start smart, go to NBIU, and tab until you hear back up harddrive. (This will take some getting used to; jaws skipps around some buttons). When you hear it then list view, press shift tab. Eventually you will get to back up hard drive. And trust me, the back up partial files is...near to inaccessibility, unless I'm doing it wrong.
