You could always try cdex or exact audio copy. (I don't have the link right 
off hand for the latter). By use of a compressor (a good one, mind you like 
laim or such) you can get a variable bitrate, which means the music will go 
up or down in KBPS depending on the complexity or voluem of the music. There 
is a very comprehensive guide on installing and using the program but, 
again, I lost the link- sorry. I'm sure if you googled it, though, you might 
find exact audio copy. If I find it I'll email you privately.
