I liked what I found from the Sirius free trial awhile back. To me, they 
seem far better online in audio quality, no need to really reach for the 
volume knob all the time like XM, which I subscribe to. Their sort of 
standards channel is Sunny on 24, but I think that is one of the channels 
Clear Channel provides, so it contains other stuff like Steevie Wonder, Neil 
Diamond, and a small amount of modern stuff. I guess it's Clear Channel's 
idea of Standards/AC music.
