Hi. Have you tried listening to these files with another 
player?  Really, I think Winamp just beats Windows Media player hands 
down for playing mp3 files.
Another idea is that you need to remember that Replay A/V is getting 
all its content via the net and it needs to have connectivity to 
record the streams. Without the net it doesn't work well.  So if 
you're on a really slow connection, or if you receive lots of 
interruptions in your connection, this may happen from time to 
time.  This is just the nature of the internet sadly. I can't say 
exactly why Windows media player crashes, but I would suspect that 
the files are incomplete and are therefore corrupted. Try listening 
with another player and see if you get the same kind of situation.
