You can get to the filters by hitting CTRL-ENTER on one of the tracks, and then CTRL-TABBING twice. Though I don't know how to tell when a filter is selected.
That brings up a question I've been wondering about. How can one make sure they aren't using any of the filters? I do all of my normalizing and other processing during the editing faze before I'm ready to burn the CD's, so I don't want any of the filters to be active.
