Hello List! I have had Roxio's Easy CD-DVD Creator 6 and Easy Media Creator 7 on my system for quite a while. Recently, I installed Nero 7. In the past with Nero, there was always a separate installation program for INCD, but this time I saw none; therefore, I am not sure if it installed InCD or not. Now I think Roxio uses Direct X or some sort of packet writing program. Both programs seem to record/burn CD/DVD's. Sometimes though, when I try to use my Windows Media Edition PC to burn CD's with Roxio products, I get errors. Then when I tried to burn an Audible file, I get the error of "Audible can't determine which burning method to use. What are they talking about?
If I was suppose to not install INCD, tell me what to do about removing it without removing nero. I like using Nero and use to use Roxio and Nero on the same machine. Has anything changed? Does Nero know not to install Incd when I already have a roxio product there? It didn't ask and I certainly don't recall ever seeing it or telling Nero to go ahead. What should I do?
