MP3 DirectCut is a simple audio editting program allowing MP3 editting without first decompressing to WAV. It is pretty friendly for screen readers. Features include: normalizing cut sections simple fades in and out saving section to a new file Recording MP3 files
An older version, 1.39 allowed joining of 2 MP3 files. I keep a copy of this older version just to do this operation.
