If you want to do all you asked about then the PTR-2 plus its included Plextalk Recording Software will do it all. But, if you only want to turn MP3 files into a Daisy playback structure then something like eClipse Writer software will do it for much less. Also, eClipse Reader is another software program which will do the playback of various Daisy formats on your PC.
