Go to windows explorer and look in your windows folder for command.exe this is what is needed to run the dos shel. If it is not there you may be able to find it on your ME cd. ******************************

Cannot find the file 'C:\WINDOWS\'. Make sure that the file exists on your system and that the path and filename are correct. This is when I have CMD C:\WINDOWS\ in the cmd line edit edit box. The other edit boxes are blank. As I said before the other boxes are working and batch file this is the same message comes up when I enter on ms dos prompt. Hope this sheds some light on the problem.
