Hi Brandon and Kathy, As per your recommendations, I have changed the speakers from the front, to the back, and also have checked the jack as Kathy recommended. My system only has 1 jack for installing into computer. The volume control is on one of the speakers, not in the computer. Maybe the speaker with the volume control is drawing the juice to other speaker. Thanks, Will keep looking. Morey
