I think Plantronics made a dual channel headset meant for transcription and the like. The only trouble I see is adapting the second source to use the telephone headset type plug, think those headsets used some sort of modular plug that I've never found on any telephone. I think Maxiaids had it for over $200, but not sure on the sound quality.
