So far as I gathered from the site, the ACB Tuner is just a page on their site, containing engines for selecting the various streams. I didn't notice any downloadable app to manage them, etc. Or, are you talking about simply downloading an offline copy of their page? In either case, my downloading such an app or page would work for me. All this can be accomplished much easier by downloading the ACB Radio tuner. This way if something changes all you need to do is download the tuner again.
