Use the batch processing option. It is a multi-page dialog box. On the first tab, click add files and choose the files to add. You can do this as often as you need until the files are all added. That is the Convert tab. On the Process tab you choose the actions you want to perform. On the folder tab you choose where to put the files and whether to overwrite the existing ones.
