Hi, outlook express wasn't even good for a simple mod or xm file back in the day.
I use newshosting.com, and have had no problems with them. I'd stay away from giganews since there are whispers that the riaa might be going after them, but I don't think so. Not enough people use them to make it wroth the time .. <knock on cyber-wood>. easynews, giganews, newshosting, binaryboy's newshosting, plus some others are relyable. do some research, see what they have to offer, choose.
