A currently still available CD-MP3-Player from Sony is the D-NE330. I heard that its buttons are a bit small, but I haven't tried it. The Sony players can resume exactly from the last stop position, but only if the CD isn't taken out. As soon as one opens the door, the resume marker gets deleted. There are very few CD-MP3-Players on the regular market, which can resume even if one removes the CD. iRiver manufactured quite a few, but they don't offer CD players anymore. The best ones are the DAISY players from Plextor and Humanware.
