Hi Londa, It was probably me who tried to call you. You need to go into the Tools Menu than Options and select Hot Keys. Tab and then check Turn on Hotkeys. Tab again and you will be in the Hotkeys list. To answer a call, press Alt+C and press Enter. If you right arrow before pressing Enter, you should hear the name of the person calling you.
