There is a .jcf file that was written to address these issues. I downloaded 
and installed it. But, although it worked for me for a day or two, for some 
reason I couldn't figure out, it just stopped working, for me, after a few 
days.

There isn't anything new in version 10 that I specifically needed. So, I 
found it easier and quicker to resolve the issues with 10 by simply 
downgrading to 9.1.3. That's  my best advice to anyone else, for the time 
being, at least.
