I had to roll back too. The problem is DRM files. I couldn't get a digital download album I bought off of music giants to play on 11, it'd just say no license could be found. They told me I needed 10 back to play their stuff so I did it. They had to credit my account so I could repurchase the tracks as rolling back and then playing didn't do anything either.
