Hi, If you recently installed the .net framework on your PC, which may have been installed with another program, you may have auto created a .net user account. This account will ask for a password on start-up. go to control alt delete then control tab to the users tab to check this out. Note that you may need to use the jaws cursor to locate this user account for some reason. If you can delete the account this will solve your problem.
