Hi.  A much simpler method would be to use Winamp, or another program 
that generates m3u playlists.  All a m3u playlist really is is a text 
file that references the different files in a playlist, or addresses 
for internet streams. You can generate them in the way Dane 
suggested, or you can also use Winamp, or Station Playlist Studio, or 
any other program that generates m3u or pls playlists. I've never 
been able to tell the difference between m3u and pls playlists though.
