Well said, Joy. Gangstress of love indeed. I'd like to add that Tom has run this list in his short time as moderator with civility, grace and intelligence. I sympathize with listers who don't want to read another message off-topic like this, but considering some of the criticism received, I feel it's important to lend support to someone doing a task calling for many sensitive judgments with the skill and care Tom has shown.
