I've looked at the postings from L. King from the past few days, and I'd
not-so-humbly say I think an outright ban seems extreme.
Though none of us know what off-channel messages may have passed between
Tom and Lynne.

On the topic of public humiliation - The first course of action ought to
be a private conversation.
