Wrong tool, wrong concept. M3U is a playlist, not a stream. You want a program like Total Recorder from High Criteria. Comes in two versions. Current release is 6.0, very accessible, very good program. I use it all the time to capture stuff from BBC7 to play back after it's gone from their weekly schedule.
