Hi Dean, there are a couple of ways to get around that problem! You can use the zoom controls to see a smaller segment of the file, but the way I do it is, aft4er I set my markers, while I am still paused inside the segment I want to delete, I do a shift F4 and then use the rewind function to back past the highlighted portion and then play it! I agree that it would be nice for a seperate play function, to just play a few seconds of the file before and after the markers, but i have gotten used to the way it works! GRIN!
