Hello Chris! I've tried both setting a time to capture a stream and to capture a stream on the fly. I can't seem to make either work. It sort of feels as if Replay isn't "seeing" the stream to capture.
I have a fast DSL connection and am using Real Plyer as my media player. When I go to the link on the page I want to capture and hit the "listen" link or its equivolent, Real Player comes up and plays the stream, but Replay doesn't grab the stream. This is true in URL finder too. Should I be doing this before clicking on the link to start the stream? Thanks. I'll have to do more playing with this tonight when home. Here's the link to the page with the link for the stream I am trying to capture. I thought I'd include it just in case there was something odd. http://wort-fm.org/listen.php Thanks for your thoughts. Subject: Re: Help with Replay AV 7.31 Hi Clifford The whole idea of stream capture is so that your sound card is not used during the recording process. Have you atempted to schedule a show to be recorded at a specific time of day? Or are you just atempting to record a show as it plays? If so, find a show you want to record and set the program up to start recording at that time. Then when the show is finished, go to the folder on your hard drive where the files will be stored and see what happens. This whole thing relies on your internet connection, so obviously, if you choose to record a show on a radio station that is on a stream that is too fast for your internet connection to handle, it's not going to work. For example if you're on a dialup connection and you atempt to record a broadband stream it just plane won't work no matter what. Keep us up to date with how things go.
