You need to make sure Replay AV has completed all its conversions it does for you. Before you turn off your PC make sure you exit the Replay AV program. When you exit Replay AV will warn you if you are still recording and will ask you if you are sure you want to exit.
When you mimimize Replay AV to task bar sometimes you will catch or see the Conversion icon in the task bar area. This means Replay AV is still doing the conversion for you still. Review the list box within Replay AV - see if any conversions are still in progress. If not exit Replay AQV and then turn off your PC.
