Personal opinion:  I would say that they are both pretty accessible, but there 
is a difference of magnitude in what the two will do.  One is great for 
personal use, but would never make it as a sound editor for a professional 
autio editor.  It's a little difficult to access features that don't exist!!! 
For example, there is a huge difference between an equalizer with 6 bands and 
one with 20 bands.  On the other hand, if you can do what you need to do with 
Goldwave then I see no sense in paying for JFW scripts, and a sound editor that 
will cost 6 times more than Goldwave.
