I personally don't use itunes, will never use itunes, but I have written to apple, and tried to contact someone by phone. Because I don't want to use a program does not mean I won't try to put my voice out there to help. It's a vastly popular application, and there's no reason they couldn't make it accessable.
If they finally do, I will be very happy.
