I agree. Trees stand because when a strong wind blows, their branches have the ability to bend a little. Because I use an FTP client in my audio work, many moons ago my first thought would have been to write or post to a list to ask about which FTP client should I use or try to get help with a particular FTP Client. --that would have been my first thought. Now that I am smarter and realize how email lists are ran, I just pick up the phone.
