Stick a blank files cdr disk in your drive, copy the mp3 file to the drive using windows Explorer or My Computer, from the file menu of the drive choose Write These files to Cd, and follow the prompts, choosing to burn a disk playable in cd players rather than to burn a data disk when the choice is offered. You will then be placed in windows Media Player. I believe Ctrl-B is the shortcut key for what I'm about to describe, but am not positive. You tab many times until you find the Start Burn/Split button. Nothing will appear to happen for a while, though I believe you can check progress on the status line. Once the image is created the drive will awaken and whirr and the cd will be burned.
