Denny, Go to the subscription tab. In the first list view, highlight the relevant podcast. Tab once, to the list view of the available episodes. Each episode should be marked with either "downloaded," "removed," "skip," or "to download." Press the spacebar to cycle among the various status markings. When you have only the episodes you want to download marked with "to download," return to the Downloads tab, and press F5, as usual, to start a download.
