Plus napster has to be installed and you have to have an active account. 
Napster light won't help.

you have to be able to play them in windows media in order for that program
to work. i have had the same problem and its because my windows media player
won't play them to get the lisence varifyed. nobody can figure out why media
player won't play the files on my machine. if you find a way around this
please let me know. btw. what thet program does is play and record the file
at a high rate of playback. the problem your having as well as mine is it
can't play the file to record and convert it because your player isn't
varifying the lisence.
