Subject: trouble with prompts after inserting a music CD
My friend is having a problem after inserting a music CD. In the past,
she was
always prompted what action to take. Now nothing is spoken or displayed on
the screen. On the Auto play
page, "Prompt me each time to choose an action" is checked.
I don't know anymore except it worked last week.
She is using XP home and JAWS8. Does anyone have any suggestions?
