Hi there BRANDON! Have you tried loading the drivers that came with the modem or did you get drivers 3with your modem. Generally when XP doesn't recognize the modem this would lead me to believe that I must load them from a CD or other mnedia. Another thing you might try is to unplug the device then turn off you computer then plug it back in and see if XP will auto detect it.
