Hello, I am having a problem with Power DVD, although I am not sure about weather it is the program or my computer's DVD player. I am trying to play a film and in some scenes, such as gunfights and when there is a lot of noise, it starts to break up. I know it is not Window Eyes causing the problem. I tried checking the CD, the inside of the DVD player and running the cleaning CD, but to no avail. What else could I do? I do not want to have to resort to having to replace my DVD player.
