Geoff, Below is some information on the B2 microphone. I'd think by experimenting you would be able to figure out which switches gives you the cardioid, omnidirectional or figure-eight patterns. The low-cut filter and the 10 dB pad should be evident too by listening to yourself or someone else speaking into the microphone.
