Well, if you know all the settings, it's easy enough to add. Sicne it's still intact on my system, I can tell you what those settings are. here's the exact procedure.
Go into the fade in dialog. Focus on the presets edit combo and give your new preset the name you want. You'd just type it in. Tab to the initila volume DB edit field, and enter -160.00. Tab once and be sure the linear radio button is selected for fade curve. Tab twice to add, and you're all set.
