Hi Dave,
NO, I've never had that problem and I upgraded to WMP 11 when it came out.
The only problem I've had was not getting the album information awhile ago
and now on a newer cd it's doing the same. However, when I ripped that same
cd using Real Plaer, it ripped and obtained the album information, but
missing two tracks. Using WMP, it ripped all the tracks, but they were all
unlabled.
Go figure!

You might want to try restoring the original settings to default, remove it
all together and reinstall or upgrading to 11.
I wish I had better info...

Best Regards,
Cornell

Hi Cornell,
Do you have any trouble with ripping the cd's? The problem I have is wmp
does not read commercial cd's, everything is checked that is supposed to be
checked, it will read some of them but not all. Let me know what else I can
do. Dave Hutchins
