Hi. When I upgraded some time ago when Replay A/V 8 first came out, I didn't have to wait very long to get my upgrade info, and it's possible that if you pay via pay pal, there may be a slight delay or something. If you don't receive some kind of a response from the Applian folks within a day or two I would most definitely write them back and find out what might be going on.
