hi. ok, your questions are all very easily answered. firstly, to call your contact, press enter on their name in the contact list. you will hear a phone ring type of sound and when they answer, talk as normal. when you are done with the call, press escape. and calls from computer to computer are absolutely free. it's when you call regular phones when charges start to happen.
