Hi Larry. You may already know, but if you're buying a new DVD drive, or a CD drive for that matter, it's highly likely that you'll at least need to update your nero software. Updates are different to upgrades in that they are free and generally just provide bug fixes, support for new drives and some small enhancements. I think the latest version is 6.6.1.15 which was released in March this year.
