If you switch off the Zen Stone while in the middle of a file, you will be
returned to exactly the same place in the file when you switch the player
back on again. I use my Zen Stone to listen to audio books and podcasts and
make a lot of use of this feature.

HTH,

Caroline.

I've recently received conflicting information about whether the unit keeps
track of file placement if you leave a file and come back to it. Will it
return me to my place in a file if I turn off the unit?

Subject: zen stone question

hello friends, apart from the obvious difference in hard drive space, is
there any difference in the one gigabyte and two gigabyte models of the
creative zenstone mp3 player, and is the two gigabyte version as blind
friendly as the one gigabyte?? hope someone can help, thanks, travel safely,
joe bollard.
